Visual Design Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Visual Design Specialist to help drive our brand's visual identity.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in design or creative studio roles, with a strong understanding of digital design best practices and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Concept, design, and adapt high-performing visual assets for social media, display ads, and YouTube.
  • Create campaign visuals that align with business objectives, from promotional graphics to product launches.
  • Use industry-standard tools to streamline ideation and produce sharp, on-trend visuals.
  • Develop branded visuals for social media posts, stories, and reels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design performance-driven visual content for paid ads, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Become proficient in creating high-converting visual assets, using compression techniques, typography, and visual hierarchy principles.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends, technologies, and software.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in design or creative studio roles, ideally with e-commerce exposure.
  • Familiarity with designing visual content for paid ads, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of digital design principles (mobile-first, accessibility, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
