Maintain clinics in a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care, leveraging leadership and clinical expertise.
Develop and implement effective care plans, prioritizing patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
Must be an Australian citizen with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Must possess a valid medical license to practice nursing in Australia.
Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Must have at least five years of experience working as a registered/licensed nurse, demonstrating clinical expertise and leadership skills.
Must have at least three years of experience managing, supervising, and evaluating nursing staff, showcasing exceptional leadership abilities.
Directs administrative needs, liaising with Government Contract Officers and Technical Representatives.
Knowledge of professional nursing principles, procedures, and techniques is essential.
Alertness and skill in providing care and reacting to emergency situations are paramount.
Interpersonal skills and knowledge of training methods are necessary for effective communication and patient education.
Maintain current CPR certification.
Work Environment:
This position will be based in Alice Springs, located on a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space. The role requires onsite work, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and teamwork.
