About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs routine, urgent, and emergency care.
  • Triage and provides medical advice to patients within scope of practice.
  • Conducts vital sign assessments, performs electrocardiograms (EKGs), draws blood, and collects urine samples.
  • Maintains clinics in a manner suitable for dispensing care.
  • Responds during emergency situations.
  • Directs administrative needs of clinics.
  • Liaises with Government Contract Officer Technical Representative (COTR) in administration of medical clinics.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship required.
  • Medical license to practice nursing in Australia required.
  • BA/BS from accredited institution required.
  • Minimum five years experience working as registered/licensed nurse required.
  • Minimum three years experience managing, supervising, and evaluating nursing staff required.
  • Knowledge of professional nursing principles, procedures, and techniques required.
  • Alertness and skill in providing care and reacting to emergency situations required.
  • Knowledge of training methods and interpersonal skills required.
  • Practical knowledge of laboratory procedures and guidelines required.
  • Maintain current CPR certification.
