Senior Casual Academic Administration Officer is a pivotal role that presents an opportunity to be at the forefront of casual academic administration, ensuring seamless coordination, compliance, and efficiency in work allocation processes.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will oversee daily administrative activities, supporting casual academic staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- This position involves managing timesheet processes, onboarding and training new team members, engaging with stakeholders, and fostering professional relationships.
- Manage and track work allocations, ensuring efficiency in processes and high-level communication skills to influence others to action.
- Triaging and tracking technical issues raised by Casual Academic Administrative Officers, and responding to enquiries from faculty staff.
- Maintaining accuracy in work allocation databases, and processing updates to ensure seamless coordination and compliance.
- We are seeking a highly skilled administrator with excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite and Excel.
- Prior experience in a tertiary organisation, and knowledge of the higher education sector would be an advantage.
