Visual Brand Leader

We're seeking a creative problem solver to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, brand communications, and digital media.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative designs that bring our brand's vision to life.
- Collaborate with the Communications team and brand partners to execute creative strategies.
- Produce designs and communications across print collateral, campaigns, retail POS, environmental graphics, and digital media.
- Lead your team and provide coaching to ensure designs align with our brand's vision.
- Manage design requests and briefs from the Marketing team, prioritizing and allocating tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- BA or higher in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience designing brand communications, print collateral, and digital media.
- Ability to interpret design briefs and present ideas clearly.
- Experience designing for web and digital media.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and coach a team.
- Proficiency in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
