We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team as a Home and Community care specialist. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of elderly clients, enabling them to live independently for as long as possible.

About the Role

As a Community-based Physiotherapist with Bolton Clarke, you will provide in-home physiotherapy services to assist with mobility, pain management and strengthening. You will develop individual care plans to achieve personalized functional outcomes, incorporating a holistic approach to healthcare that promotes healthy living activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their own homes, including falls prevention education and strength training
  • Collaborate closely with local community teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals

Requirements
  • Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
  • Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or equivalent studies, as assessed by the Australian Physiotherapy Council and approved by AHPRA for registration
  • Prior community experience highly desirable
  • Ability to provide high-quality treatment and intervention
  • Police Check (dated within the last 3 years)
  • Willingness to obtain annual flu vaccinations
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations
  • Own vehicle and NSW licence
