About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to stakeholders at all levels.

Your primary focus will be on partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and developing tailored talent acquisition strategies. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality and client-oriented support is provided to all stakeholders, and supporting panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

In addition, you will utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches and build merit pools aligned to key agency skills. You will also support senior team members in the delivery of executive recruitment and contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services.

  • Exceptional client service skills, preferably in a human resources environment
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to provide accurate and timely process and policy advice to complex enquiries
  • Experience proactively managing work or taking ownership of tasks or projects
  • Working knowledge of recruitment technology systems, including troubleshooting and identifying system enhancements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, AHRI accreditation and/or equivalent recruitment experience
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $89,946 - $95,374 (plus 15.4% superannuation) and flexible working arrangements, including full-time, part-time or job-share options.
