Industrial Lifting Specialist

We are looking for a professional who can perform quality installations of overhead crane systems and hoists. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and service overhead crane systems and hoists
- Perform OSHA equivalent inspections, document warranty work, and troubleshoot breakdowns
- Maintain equipment and respond to emergency service/breakdown calls
- Support customers by effectively interfacing with them and office personnel to repair equipment as needed
- Perform electrical and/or mechanical adjustments or repairs with or without engineered drawings
- Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements
- Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, and inspection checklists
- Maintain a professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization in all areas
- Develop a working knowledge of Federal, State, and local codes for overhead cranes and hoists
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for company equipment, including company vehicles and tools.
