Community Support Specialist

Support workers play a vital role in engaging with clients, developing their skills through activities such as cooking, music, crafts, leisure sports, reading, singing, and more.
The key responsibilities of a support worker include:
- Building positive relationships with clients and supporting their unique needs.
- Prioritizing tasks and demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
- Working with clients from diverse backgrounds and being flexible with availability for shift work, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
Required qualifications include a Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent and experience working with clients with high-needs disabilities.
