Job Title: Compassionate Care Specialist

About the Role:

The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in diverse health settings.

As a Compassionate Care Specialist, you will be responsible for consolidating your knowledge and skills to contribute to patient wellbeing, working alongside a collaborative healthcare team committed to professional development and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care, taking accountability for nursing standards and activities delegated to others.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice strategies to enhance patient care.

Requirements:

  • Registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practicing certificate.
  • Demonstrated competence in nursing practice, meeting relevant standards of practice.
  • Experience in computer package use, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
