The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with children, be self-motivated and able to work independently. They will also have excellent communication skills and be capable of creating engaging educational activities that promote holistic development for children.
- Develop and implement educational programs that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children.
- Create a safe, welcoming environment that supports children's development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
- Monitor and document children's progress and provide regular feedback to families.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in early childhood education.

Key requirements include:
- A minimum qualification of Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
- Australian Business Number.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Police Certificate (within 6 months).
- Public Liability Insurance.
- First Aid Certification for an Education and Care Setting, including CPR (HLTAID004).
