EAP Clinician Specialist

We provide coaching and counselling support to individuals using a client-centred model of care and brief therapy.
Our team delivers clinically validated support across a wide range of issues, ensuring that individuals receive the help they need to overcome their challenges.
The role involves working with a global organisation, collaborating with a diverse team, and having access to professional development opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you'll need qualifications in Psychology or Social Work, current registration and accreditation, and experience in brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills. Critical incident experience and workplace intervention strategies are also desirable.
