Retail Event Operations Specialist

Our team requires a highly skilled leader to oversee Retail and Event operations across various sports events.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent inventory management skills, be able to effectively assist with staffing, drive visual merchandising, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, driving business growth, and maximising efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all retail partner functions.

Management of stock preparation, planning, and 3PL replenishment processes is also crucial. Developing a best-in-class product strategy and working with contractors to deliver on time and budget are key components of this role.

A culture of excellence must be fostered, ensuring fans feel immersed in the event experience, and driving KPIs such as conversion and AOV.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maximise efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage a high-performing team, including retail operations staff and on-the-ground team members.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.

This is a hands-on role requiring ability to travel to multiple retail and event venues. Experience working in major sporting events and on-site retail programs is essential.
