About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SAP eCommerce Functional Consultant to join our Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our Cloud Commerce application.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their e-commerce needs and goals.
- Design and implement SAP Commerce Cloud functional solutions that meet those needs, leveraging your expertise in the platform's functionalities and capabilities.
- Work with our external eCommerce Support Partner to review changes and ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Integrate SAP Commerce Cloud with other enterprise systems to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring they get the most out of their SAP Commerce Cloud investment.
- Proven experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, including its architecture, modules, and development tools.
- At least one full end-to-end B2B and/or B2C commerce implementation.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends.
- Experience with SAP integration tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
