PFD Food Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Alice Springs, NT. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, document preparation, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and customer communication.
  • Process customer orders and inquiries, and follow up on issues.
  • Communicate with Food Service Delivery Drivers regarding customer requirements.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained by communicating with credit, warehouse, transport, and replenishment teams.
Requirements
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Initiative and a positive attitude.
