Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Front Office team at Frontline Hospitality SA & NT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients
- Perform various administrative tasks, including bookkeeping and accounting
- Handle inquiries from trainers, suppliers, customers, and general queries
- Manage security passes for team members and contractors
- Report directly to the General Manager
- Assist with sales order entry and general administration
- Maintain essential industry documentation
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Ability to thrive in a flexible environment with shifting priorities
- Skilled at building rapport with internal and external customers
- Proficient in accurate data entry
- Capable of working independently
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
