Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Front Office team at Frontline Hospitality SA & NT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including bookkeeping and accounting
  • Handle inquiries from trainers, suppliers, customers, and general queries
  • Manage security passes for team members and contractors
  • Report directly to the General Manager
  • Assist with sales order entry and general administration
  • Maintain essential industry documentation

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar position
  • Ability to thrive in a flexible environment with shifting priorities
  • Skilled at building rapport with internal and external customers
  • Proficient in accurate data entry
  • Capable of working independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
