We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to join our team as a cook/chef at Melbourne Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for lounge guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping and peeling vegetables and cutting meat
  • Cook food in various utensils or grillers
  • Ensure presentation quality by dressing dishes before serving
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
Essential Criteria
  • 1+ year experience as a cook/chef
  • Experience using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
