Senior Technologist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technologist to spearhead our technological endeavors. As a senior technologist, you'll be an integral part of our squad delivery while providing technical guidance and strategic leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert advice on technology solutions and architecture within your domain
  • Establish and maintain technical standards and best practices
  • Lead teams in the implementation of our core technologies (Appian, AWS, Snowflake)
  • Promote technical excellence and innovation
  • Contribute to technical decision-making and architecture discussions
  • Develop policy items and evaluation options for tooling or custom Techops Design decisions
Requirements
  • Possess strong technical expertise in AWS (Azure an advantage)
  • Build, lead, and inspire engaged teams whilst fostering a culture of excellence
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Balance technical contribution with leadership responsibilities
  • Promote open communication and create psychologically safe working environments
  • Develop strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand needs first and solution design second

Technical Requirements:
Strong knowledge of cloud computing, software development, and IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with Appian, AWS, and Snowflake platforms.
