Cloud Computing Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Computing expert to join our team. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our partners and customers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud computing technologies, including AWS services such as Glue, S3, and DynamoDB. They will also possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to deliver technical engagements with partners and customers.
  • Lead engagements that prove the use of AWS services to support new distributed computing solutions.
  • Work with AWS engineering and support teams to relay partner/customer needs and suggest capabilities to simplify adoption and increase value from AWS cloud services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of IT implementation experience, with a focus on cloud computing.
  • Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership on technical/architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, including AWS services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience leading large-scale global data analytics projects aligned with business use cases.
  • Experience in Data Quality management: processes to measure and manage data quality, enforce data controls, and provide data assurance.
  • Customer-facing skills to represent AWS in the customer environment and drive discussions with senior personnel on trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation.
