Job Opportunity: Deliver High-Quality Patient Care

This role involves working as a nurse in our Orthopaedic ward, where you will be part of a multidisciplinary team. Your key responsibility will be to provide comprehensive patient care and assist Graduate Registered Nurses, Nursing Affiliates, and Nurse Students with planned nursing interventions.

  • Conduct thorough interviews and examinations of patients, documenting assessment findings.
  • Collaborate with patients, family members, and other relevant individuals to identify actual and potential problems.
  • Assess the needs of patients and their families during and after hospitalization, documenting anticipated requirements.
  • Maintain regular surveillance of diagnostic procedure outcomes and investigation results.
  • Support Graduate Nurses, Nursing Affiliates, and Nursing Students in assessing complex nursing problems and guide them as needed.
  • Ensure that nursing care plans remain up-to-date and accurately documented.
