Quality Improvement Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Quality Improvement Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality patient care. In this role, you will work closely with the Governance and Improvement team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will be able to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to improve quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Collecting and analyzing data to inform quality improvement initiatives
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to promote quality improvement initiatives

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Qualification as a Registered Professional is essential
  • AHPRA registration essential
  • Relevant post-graduate qualifications in Quality and Practice Improvement or working towards are preferred
