Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and visionary leader to oversee the activities of a diverse team responsible for delivering high-quality services and programs in support of work health and safety across the construction sector in NSW.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to promote and influence organisational direction and programs among external stakeholders.

The role involves managing resources to deliver regulatory responses, services, and programs, identifying and responding to emerging issues and risks, and dealing with complex matters in a sensitive environment.

The successful candidate will be able to provide strong leadership and direction to an evolving business unit culture within a dynamic and changing operating environment, while ensuring consistency with organisational and public sector values.
