Lead Finance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee our accounting operations. As the Controller, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and ensure compliance with GAAP.
  • Provide financial insights to guide executive decision-making and strategy development.
  • Oversee banking relationships and financing arrangements, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and refine reporting tools to improve clarity and accountability across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a professional services background.
  • CPA certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience leading an accounting or finance department.
  • Deep knowledge of financial compliance standards and regulations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, MS Office Suite, and ERP systems/financial reporting tools.
