Office Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic team at OSOS Alliance. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office, including managing accounts receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and coordinating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Operations: Oversee daily office activities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage the invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations process.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, ensure timely payments from clients, and prepare financial reports.
  • Team Support: Supervise administrative staff, provide guidance, and ensure all office tasks are completed effectively.
  • HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong background in Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Exact) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
