Job Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and collaborative leader to spearhead our multi-disciplinary team within Environmental Services. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare in the Gold Coast region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and align with our service vision.
- Collaborate with Nurse Unit Managers and stakeholders to resolve issues, enhance service delivery, and achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee department audits, ensuring timely completion and adherence to designated timeframes.
- Foster high standards of performance through performance management and administration of Environmental Service Officers.
Requirements:
To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate:
- Evidence of vaccination against key infectious diseases, including COVID-19.
- Completion of tuberculosis screening to identify potential vaccination requirements.
- Disclosure of serious discipline history.
