Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, cost estimation, commercial management, variation and claims management, and monitoring project finances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive cost plans and project capital estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans at key milestones.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and estimate packages, and regularly present findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide commercial insight to design optioneering and input into value engineering exercises.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience with Defence clearance or Australian citizenship as a requirement for Quantity Surveying or related degrees.
  • AIQS or RICS membership is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Cost X software is preferred.
