Early Childhood Education Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging children, families, and educators to create an enriching educational program.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the classroom effectively, providing flexible routines and creative learning experiences that cater to the unique needs of each child.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program that supports children's transition to formal education.
  3. Be a mentor, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect within the team.
  4. Tailor educational programs to meet the individual needs of each child, while ensuring compliance with Government regulations and centre policies.
  5. Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
About You
  • Working Towards or hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
  • Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher.
  • Hold a current Blue Card.
  • A solid grasp of the EYLF principles.
