Job Title: Building Services Leader

This is a senior leadership role for a highly experienced building services engineer who can drive growth, culture and delivery across a dynamic building services group.

The Opportunity:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of design engineers across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire, ESD and other specialty services.
  • Drive excellence in delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects including mixed-use, healthcare, aged care, commercial, heritage and more.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation and performance.
  • Establish and expand market presence in Melbourne, strengthening existing and new client relationships while actively developing new project opportunities.
  • Act as a visible industry leader, representing the business at events, forums and within client networks.
  • Play a pivotal role in business strategy, client growth and project outcomes, while shaping the future direction of the building services group.
