Your role at NTT DATA

The Senior Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Leader reports directly to the Director of Security and serves as the main liaison between the client's security division and NTT.

This role will focus on ensuring the delivery of NTT services meets the established security standards while assisting clients in enhancing their security capabilities to strengthen their overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Relationship Management – Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's operational landscape and the role NTT plays in achieving the client's Information Security Management System (ISMS) objectives;
  • Incident Response – Lead the response to security incidents in collaboration with the client's security team and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues;
  • Compliance and Policy – Provide essential inputs to the client's compliance frameworks;
  • Internal Audits – Conduct regular internal security assessments to ensure adherence to relevant standards;
  • Vulnerability and Configuration Management – Ensure compliance with vulnerability management and patching requirements;
  • Process Improvement – Continuously evaluate information security and risk management processes and policies as per client mandates, proactively suggesting enhancements in collaboration with client and NTT stakeholders;
  • Security Enhancement – Assess client operational and security challenges and propose suitable security improvement strategies;
  • Risk Management – Collaborate with client and NTT subject matter experts to identify security risks and vulnerabilities, recommending corrective actions.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or GIAC are highly desirable;
  • Experience in roles such as Chief Security Officer (CSO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), or Information Security Manager;
  • Demonstrated understanding or experience in an ITIL-based service delivery environment;
  • Extensive experience in managing security incident response, security audits, business continuity planning, and risk management;
  • Familiarity with compliance and specific regulatory and privacy standards;
  • Possession of AGSVA Clearance or the ability to obtain one is highly advantageous.
