Research Fellow Community

The University of Melbourne is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Fellow to join our Department of Medical Education. As a Research Fellow, you will play a key role in driving research on Meaningful Engagement with Community and Consumers in Health Professions Education.
This role involves supporting the project to completion, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and management of research activities such as ethics applications and data collection. You will also coordinate workshops, contribute to curriculum design, and handle communications and publications related to the project.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A PhD (or expected completion of one prior to commencement of the position), or equivalent research higher degree in health professions education, health, health sciences, or a closely related discipline
- Experience engaging with community and consumers in health research or education
- Experience in qualitative research methodologies, including participatory and focus group methods
- High level verbal and written communication skills
