Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Unit Trust Operations Associate to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Unit Trust investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Team Manager in ensuring the team functions efficiently and daily tasks are delivered on time.
- Contribute to end-to-end processes for Unit Trust investments, including trade processing, distributions, management fee rebates, month-end reporting, daily reconciliations, data entry processing, and settlement.
- Handle complex ad-hoc requests within the team, ensuring all instructions and requests are checked, authenticated, and processed on the same day of receipt.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a sound technical knowledge of Unlisted Unit Trust trade end-to-end processes, Alternatives investments administration, Unlisted Unit Trust products, platforms, and systems, Custody or investment management operations, and prior experience checking and reviewing staff members' work.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years' work-related experience in the financial services industry.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
