The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our Managed Services practice at Quorum. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the implementation and successful delivery of our IT solutions to clients. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business requirements and advise on suitable IT solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support ICT systems, hardware, and software in a Microsoft environment
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, ensuring successful project delivery and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with our Systems Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions and services
  • Act as an escalation point for the Managed Services Service Desk team, providing technical support and guidance as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 5 years' experience designing, implementing, and supporting ICT systems, hardware, and software in a Microsoft environment
  • Strong knowledge and implementation experience in a number of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
