We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in the Carlton area.
This is a part-time opportunity with guaranteed hours, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing domestic assistance, meal preparation, social support, and personal care to our customers.
You will also have the opportunity to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems and making a positive impact on the lives of our customers.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $35 per hour, plus superannuation, paid kilometers, and a phone allowance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
- Preparing meals and assisting with shopping
- Offering social support and transportation to lifestyle activities
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Providing respite and emotional support
- Transporting customers to appointments and engagements
Requirements:
- 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care
- A current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle
- Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday
