This role will involve managing the overall operations of our site, ensuring all processes are running correctly and efficiently, and taking charge of administrative duties and ad hoc requests.

The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and a process-driven approach to their work. They will also have strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to self-manage while overseeing a team, and strong people management experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of the operations team
  • Responsibility for completion of, and adherence to all WH&S commitments
  • Safely lead and motivate a team of direct reports
  • Ensure all processes are running correctly and efficiently
  • Take charge of administrative duties and ad hoc requests
  • Proactively review and implement process improvement initiatives as necessary

  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage while overseeing a team
  • Strong people management experience
