Job Overview

The role of a Cancer Care Coordinator is to improve the quality of treatment and life for cancer patients. This position involves working with various services to increase access and ensure effective coordination of care.

Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 are crucial members of the Nursing and Midwifery Workforce, responsible for providing high level patient centred, evidence-based clinical nursing care and embracing a practice development philosophy in the delivery of that care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level capacity for patient advocacy while demonstrating ability to provide effective clinical leadership and practice as an autonomous professional within a multidisciplinary team environment.
