
Support Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our operational management team, you will provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners, helping them deliver high-quality services aligned with our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to Behaviour Support Practitioners in delivering positive behaviour supports to participants.
- Work collaboratively with the BSP team to achieve role requirements and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and clear prioritization of tasks.
Requirements:
- Current suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is essential.
- Considerable experience providing support to people with behaviours of concern (professionally and/or personally) is essential.
- Substantial experience in the provision of positive behaviour supports is required.
