Business Line Manager Opportunity

Epiroc is seeking a talented Business Line Manager to lead our OreBody Solutions (OBK) business line in Australia.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • \
  • Develop and implement market and sales strategies aligned with divisional goals.\
  • Manage Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet for the OBK Business Line.\
  • Conduct territory management plans and optimize market coverage, sales actions, and product support.\
  • Coach and guide teams working with OBK products.\
  • Support the aftermarket business for capital equipment and work closely with the service organization.\
  • Lead change, develop strategy, and travel at least 50% of the time.\
  • Strong analytical skills and full understanding of Profit and Loss statements.\
  • Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills.\
  • Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in mineral exploration business.\
  • Minimum ten years of experience in the exploration business in Australia or internationally.\
  • Direct sales and product management experience is a plus.\
  • Solid technical knowledge of the OBK product offering.\
  • Ability to develop strategy and manage change.\
  • Travel requirements include visiting clients and stakeholders domestically and internationally.\
