System Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Architect to design, define, and implement system architecture for new or existing computer systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall system architecture, including hardware and software components, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as troubleshooting, configuring, and upgrading system hardware and software, to ensure reliable operation.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users, resolving moderately complex system hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Train end-users on the proper use of system hardware and software, ensuring they have the necessary skills to operate effectively.
  • Software Installation and Upgrades: Install and upgrade operating systems and layered software packages, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certifications: IAT Level II certification is required; CompTIA Security+ CE is a plus.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (20 years of experience) or bachelor's degree (25 years of experience).
