**About the Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Claims Service Consultant to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse workforce, develop your skills, and contribute to delivering outstanding local service to fellow Territorians.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Achieve individual KPI's and targets by effectively managing a portfolio of domestic motor/property claims in accordance with the General Insurance Code of Practice.
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries over the phone and in writing, ensuring a positive, trusted customer experience.
- Develop customer relationships to understand customer requirements and deliver consistent, high-level customer service at all touchpoints.
