Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Northern Sydney/Ryde and surrounds.

This key role delivers evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions under Aged Care Funding to help clients regain independence and continue living at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for aged care clients.
  • Assess occupational therapy needs and design tailored programs for clients within the community.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Postgraduate experience working across diverse aged care services, including community-based settings.
  • Thorough knowledge of health and well-being frameworks, including reablement and restorative care models.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
