About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Westpac Group. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in providing data insights and analytics to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business & stakeholder communications and engagements to ensure effective data sharing and collaboration.
  • Support the Business Intelligence Application team with engagement activities to minimize disruption to end-users.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overarching Business Intelligence Tool communications strategy and plan.
  • Develop and manage a range of digital communication channels to engage with stakeholders and promote data-driven decision-making.
  • Help deliver the Business Intelligence Application strategy across Westpac, focusing on implementation, communications, impact analysis, learning & development, business readiness & embedment.
  • Take the lead in identifying and fixing issues with services and processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Ensure ad-hoc tasks are actioned in a timely manner with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.

Requirements
  • Experience within an application support environment, with a strong understanding of ITIL fundamentals.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience, with a strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships and assimilate information quickly, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt and adjust to a fast-changing data-driven environment.
