About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Barkly Square. In this dynamic role, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and high-quality service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Embed Roll'd's brand and culture, embodying its values and vision.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, fostering strong relationships with customers.
- Manage conflicts efficiently and effectively.
- Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting growth and productivity.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience in restaurant or QSR management.
- A track record of motivating and leading teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with a solid understanding of business practices and strategies.
- Familiarity with POS, ordering, stocktake, and rostering systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to interpret financial reports and projections.
