To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in managing mixed crop and livestock farm operations.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with farm managers, agronomists, and team members.
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
