We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Junior Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, welcoming customers, stocking and facing shelves, ticketing and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organised store, and processing transactions at the register while wishing customers warm regards.

You will work under the supervision of our Retail Manager and be responsible for assisting with daily operations and tasks.

About You

We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

  • Previous pharmacy or retail experience is preferred;
  • Cash handling and register skills;
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service;
  • Strong communication skills between all stakeholders;

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
