We're seeking a seasoned Visual Architect to spearhead our brand's visual identity.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in graphic, brand, or visual design, with a portfolio showcasing world-class work across digital, print, and marketing. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, able to design everything from social posts to websites and collateral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate our visual identity by developing a style guide and pushing it to world-class standards.
  • Codify and protect the brand by defining rules, systems, and assets that make us instantly recognizable.
  • Design across all mediums, including social media graphics, ads, websites, flyers, and print collateral.
  • Shape digital experiences by creating UI/UX concepts, Figma wireframes, and direction for new web apps and platforms.
  • Collaborate with leaders across teams to deliver visuals that inspire and convert.
  • Deliver premium marketing collateral, campaigns, events, and branded content that feel polished and iconic.
  • Be the brand guardian, reviewing and approving outputs to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Innovate and inspire by bringing fresh ideas, exploring trends, and translating them into bold, distinctive designs.
  • Mentor and guide, setting the design standard at our organization and helping build a design function around you.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic, brand, or visual design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Experience building or elevating a company's visual identity, style guide, and brand systems.
  • Comfort with high-level UI/UX concepts, including wireframing and shaping intuitive experiences.
  • A collaborative approach, partnering seamlessly with leaders across teams while upholding brand standards.
  • Pixel-perfect detail, bold creativity, and the confidence to push boundaries.
  • Ownership mentality and strong communication, able to clearly explain and defend design choices.
  • Growth mindset and ambitious attitude, thriving under high expectations and taking pride in setting the standard.
  • Bonus if you've worked with education or consumer brands where trust and inspiration matter.
