Visual Architect & Brand Guardian

We're seeking a skilled Visual Architect & Brand Guardian to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for elevating our visual identity, codifying and protecting our brand, designing across all mediums, shaping digital experiences, collaborating with leaders, delivering premium marketing collateral, being the brand guardian, innovating and inspiring, and mentoring and guiding.



About You
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic, brand, or visual design with a portfolio showing world-class work across digital, print, and marketing.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with the ability to design everything from social posts to websites and collateral.
  • Proven experience building or elevating a company's visual identity, style guide, and brand systems.
  • Comfort with high-level UI/UX concepts, including wireframing and shaping intuitive experiences.
  • Collaborative approach, partnering seamlessly with leaders across teams while upholding brand standards.
  • Pixel-perfect detail, bold creativity, and the confidence to push boundaries.
  • Ownership mentality and strong communication, able to clearly explain and defend design choices.
  • Growth mindset and ambitious attitude, thriving under high expectations and taking pride in setting the standard.
