This is a key position that requires the ability to drive strategic direction for social and cultural infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a vision for proactive development of Council's Cultural and Social infrastructure.
- Lead the development and delivery of Council plans related to social and cultural initiatives.
- Foster a high-performing team environment, identify gaps, and provide solutions.
- You should be able to think creatively and drive outcomes through partnerships.
- Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in community development, cultural and social infrastructure planning, town planning, social sciences, economics, commerce, infrastructure advisory, or business management.
- Extensive experience in community development, cultural and social infrastructure planning.
- A highly competitive salary range from $174,500 to $226,862 per annum.
- A leaseback vehicle as part of the remuneration package.
