Senior People Advisor Role
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can handle ambiguity and multitask in a high-volume environment.
The Senior People Advisor will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice and support to stakeholders on people-related matters.
- Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including recruitment, onboarding, and probation reviews.
- Preparing employment-related documents and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Liaising with Finance to ensure accurate employee information for pay processing.
- Maintaining accurate records and electronic filing systems.
Requirements include:
- A proven track record in a similar advisory role, ideally within retail or wholesale industries.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act and Award interpretation.
- High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective problem-solving skills, accountability, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to build rapport and coach at all levels within the organization.
