**Job Title:** Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent

 

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional service and support to hotel guests, ensuring a memorable and satisfying experience.

As a Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Anticipating and meeting the needs and desires of guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring that guest rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests, working closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance departments.
  • Processing daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedural guidelines.
  • Communicating effectively with guests, staff, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
