Speech Pathologist Opportunity in the Northern Territory
">- This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Locum Hospital Speech Pathologist in a Northern Territory hospital. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team of 17 clinicians.
- The caseload includes providing speech pathology services to inpatients and outpatients with various health needs, including dysphagia, cognitive communication, communication and decision-making capacity for patients with acquired and chronic disease health needs.
- Key aspects of the role include working with inpatient rehabilitation, palliative care, medical and surgical teams, as well as paediatric ward, maternity ward, and Emergency department staff.
- Telehealth use may vary depending on need.
- The position requires relevant hospital experience and the ability to work independently.
